We have an iOS 14.4.1 device that will not re-install GoodReader from Application Catalog. Device is an iPad Mini 4.
1) GoodReader was uninstalled due to a corrupt installation via the MDM. The MDM initially distributed the application via a Group Distribution.
2) Attempted to re-install GoodReader from Application Catalog and it will not install. No error messages. VPP Codes are available.
3) Performed Selective Wipe and Revoke Selective Wipe performed; GoodReader did not re-install nor could be installed via Application Catalog.
4) Performed Wipe of device. Device re-enrolled in MDM and received all distributed applications but GoodReader. GoodReader still will install via Application Catalog.
5) Tried to install other Applications and other Applications such as Numbers installed fine.
The Admin of the Portal we use has been asked to manually distribute GoodReader to device but Admin has not performed as of this writing.
