Hi Mitch,
Can you please check if the autoupdate is enabled in the settings. It should be Settings -> App Settings -> Basic ->Auto update settings. It should be selected as Fully Controlled - Fully Controlled by Administrator. The apps that you are expecting to auto update should have the "Update automatically" flag enabled. Even after that if auto updates are not pushed, please raise a support ticket. The apps should update within a week of it being available in app store.

So far, the only quick fix is to delete the app in the app catalogue in the portal and then add it back. However extremely important to note: Make sure you have not set the app to be removed when removing distribution, before you delete the app.

I was able to resole the issue by deleting the app from the app catalogue in the portal and then re-installing/distributing again. This is really not a great fix. I would like to know why this happens as I am seeing it a lot with a number of our customers using ABM and VPP.

In the past we saw an issue with VPP app versions on DEP/ABM iPads not updating to current versioning.
SO here is the config:
1. App version in the App Catalogue in the MaaS Portal is correct.
2. Re-synced VPP Token
3. last Sync for DEP is current
4. Did a "request Data Refresh" for several devices to have most current "last reported" time.
5. Checked installed app version for these devices,
6. App versions are older than current version.
