    glvm.rpv.server Remote Physical Volume Server
    glvm.rpv.util Geographic LVM Utilities
    glvm.rpv.msg.en_US RPV Messages - U.S. English

    What level of AIX 5.3 were you using? The GLVM filesets were released on the ML2 media (LCD4-7460-03).
