getting below error while trying to deploy in define environment segment MWS

System Identity
System Endpoint Registry

Configuration type “DataCollector Settings” version “7.0.0.0”
Configuration type “JNDI Configuration” version “9.5.0.0”

And also I feel that Analytic engine is down.

Are you setting up Optimize for process/infra?

Are you using Broker or UM as your JMS server.

Make sure you have correct Database Pool Configration.

Start the AE, WDC, IDC and define the environments via “Add From Template”. Provided the settings correctly in Configure servers and Map Endpoints tab.

Share the screen shots if possible.

Hi Biplab,

after installing Optimize Engines, make sure they are started before trying to deploy the environment from MWS and remember to use the same port “Map Endpoints” as was provided upon installation.

When using Broker as JMS Server remember to change the Messaging protocol from “nsp:” to “broker:”.
