BAM Server Configuration Error

    I am getting the following error when I clicked on Monitoring link in MWS7.0.

    “could not bind to the path: http://qlt300:12503/services/rule.wsdl”

    I had configured Analysis, Process Audit, Process Tracker, Archive database pools and add the environment in MWS and successfully deployed.
    The Analytic Engine and Data Collection Engines are online. Checked all the pools.

    I had attached the JPG which describes the first error. You can find more details in the attached documnet.

    Early response will be highly appreciated.
