GetTemplate rturns empty object

    Hi there,

    We’ve downloaded and installed the VICS_4010_850 template file (4010.template) into our WmEDIforTN (4.6) package. We’ve restarted the server and we are not able to get the template object when calling getTemplate. getTemplateName is returning the template name in the list tough…

    Any toughts ?
