GetTemplateName return the template we want but GetTemplate doesbnt return the template

    Hi,

    We download and install the template VICS_4010_850 into package WmEDIforTN (WM 4.6). We restart the server and we are not able to get the template with “GetTemplate”. If we use “GetTemplateName”, we see it into the list.

    Does someone has an idea to solve that issue?
