    My Qradar deployment is HA an when I check the status of the deployment from the CLI (/opt/qradar/ha/bin/getStatus.sh) I get the following result:

    SERIAL=,VERSION=,STATUS=Unknown,MGMT_INTERFACE=,HOSTNAME=,ACTIVATION_KEY=,SYNC_PROGRESS=

    The above result is same for the primary and secondary machine. However, in the GUI, I am getting a different result. Please see the attached screenshot. Could anyone guide me that why is this happening.
