Hi,

I use a service to retrieve values in a properties file in package config folder in the server, when I add values to the file, I always manage to recover them without even loading of the content.
I am on WM version 10.3, and I would like to know if we need more to use a service to load the constants each time we add new values in it, because in version WM 9 we needed to load each time when a new constant is inserted.
