One of our user and his team member getting an error while publishing the package on FM 12.1.1 version (but the same package other users can able to publish), the user and his team member can able to publish the new package and also the same package he can publish in FM 11.2.4 version.

We cleared the cache on server level from user directory level but still he is facing an issue and we requested him to save the model with the different name and try to publish it but still facing the same issue.

We have taken the same package model file from Production and tried with that also still facing the same issue.

We need assistance on this issue.

    Hi Vasu,

Has the user opened FM as administrator? I believe you receive the error message if FM isn't  run as Administrator.

    Hi Sandeep,

User connected the FM through Citrix, in 11.2.4 FP4 he can be able to publish the same package but in 12.1.1 and in 12.1.2 he is not able to publish getting the error message.

in both the cases use access the FM with his ID and password only.

    Hi Vasu,

And what about the IBM Cognos Configuration on that machines ? Are they able to save the configuration with all the green checks?

I suggest starting there. If they cannot save the configuration settings, you need to investigate why (e.g., port communication issues, incorrect cryptographic keys, etc.).

Good luck, and I recommend asking for network assistance within your company, as I suspect this is a network-related issue.

    Best regards,

    German
