  • 1.  Framework Manager 11.1.4 Not Able to Select Multiple Objects

    Hi All,

    I'm running a new upgrade of FM 11.1.4 and I'm not able to ctrl+click (multi-select) more than two objects (i.e query subjects, query items, etc.) in the Project Viewer panel. I can select two objects, but if I select a third object, a previously selected object is deseleced - very weird. This never happened in previous versions (e.g 11.1.3, etc.). So I'm wondering if this is a new FM "feature".

    I can do multi selects in both Diagram and Context Explorer views, but not the Project Viewer panel. And oddly, when I do a multi-select in either of those venues, the multiple selections show up in the Project Viewer panel when I return there - again quite weird.

    I've tried it on several OS platforms - Win 7, Win 10, and Win Server 16 - with the same result. BTW, in Project Viewer, shift+click works fine for a block selection of multiple objects. But, ctrl+click for discontiguous selection does not work.

    Curious to know if anyone else has noticed this and resolved the issue.

    Thanks Jeam for pointing me to the APAR notice.

     

    I have also noticed on my ICA 11.1.5 dev install that the FM bug is still present.

    Yes, I am seeing the same problem.
    It's very annoying when I am trying to run a "test" or "context explorer" that involves more than 2 objects.
