Hi All,

we are trying to setup new fonts for our application reports and we have referred the below ibm technotes and followed the same and still fonts are not rendering in PDF but working fine in rest of the formats.

Below steps were performed as per IBM technotes ,Please let me know if i am missing anything here.

 1) Installed the required fonts for all users and validated all fonts available in C:\Windows\Fonts and same is configured in cognos configuration.
 2) Updated the fonts details in Global configuration for CM servers
 3) Mapped Physical fonts with global fonts
 4) Also embedded fonts for batchreport and report services to pick this fonts always for PDF output.
 5) Saved the configuration and restarted the services.

When installing the font, make sure you Install for All Users.

Have you checked whether those fonts are actually getting embedded in the generated PDF? I've seen cases where everything works in HTML and Excel, but PDF still falls back to a default font. If that's the issue, it might be worth checking the PDF rendering logs as well.
