When using the GUI to install a certificate on our FS7300 we were getting:
CMMVC6556E The task cannot be initiated because an error has occurred while attempting to read a file.
No other details were forthcoming.
So we tried it by using the command line. In addition to that error it also displayed:
rbash: syntax error near unexpected token `('
So we went back to the GUI and changed
from: /star_dekko_com_(3).pem
to: /star_dekko_com_all.pem
and that worked.
The GUI needs to be changed to show you that: syntax error near unexpected token `('
This would let us know on "cert day" and you're download certs in the dozen you fix that.
and/or IBM could write up a technote.

Side note: When downloading a cert for this FS7300 from Digicert select "A single .pem file containing all the certs".
