Hi Matt,
The issue could be caused by a number of things. Have all the systems been scanned recently? Was the latest GKB used etc. It's hard to determine without looking at the data. From what I understand the report you are running is Product Use by Machine. Were there any new machines added or old ones removed? When running the Machine Inventory report are all the machines listed? As I said hard to give an answer here so ask the customer to open a Case.

Subject: Fewer discovered instances of DB2 Data Replication / Infosphere Data Replication than there should be...
DB2 Data Replication (DDR) became Infosphere Data Replication (IDR) a few years ago. IZSAM Asset reports still discovers and reports on it under the old name. That's not a problem and it's something that can be configured in the tool. What is a problem is that the number of discovered instances has reduced even though the number of running instances is the same. Before and after the problem it's IDR 11.4 that's being discovered. Maintenance has been applied that *might* have changed how (or if) IDR is discovered.
What could be the cause of some instances not being discovered by an Asset report?
