    Hi Ashwini,
    Did something change with the way the GKB is downloaded between TADz 8.1 and 8.2? I used to get an email and click on link and it brought me to Fix Central to download the GKB.
    I can't find any of the 8.2 GKBs? I was looking to download the latest to be ready for Sunday. A different group installs the PTFs from ShopZ, I don't have access. Did it move to there?

    You can subscribe to the IBM Notify service and add IZSAM to your list of products so that you will automatically be notified when product PTF's become available. When the GKB Update PTF is available you will need to go into IBM Shopz to order the PTF. There is no direct download for a PTF.

You should be able to search for GKB Update PTF's on the www.ibm.com/support web page using the following search terms:

IZSAM GKB UPDATE

You will then see a list of the PTF's which provide GKB updates for the product. You will need to scroll down to the desired GKB update. The PTF description will show the month and year of the GKB update. For example the GKB update for January 2022 update will be shown as indicated below:

OA62767: IZSAM 8.2 JAN 2022 GKB UPDATE

Click on the item and you will be taken to a webpage where you can click on the "Obtain the fix for this APAR" icon. This will take you further down the page to a PTF icon. Click on the PTF icon to be taken into IBM Shopz where you can order the PTF.

The actual URL link into Shopz will be something like the following:

https://www.ibm.com/software/shopzseries/ShopzSeries_public.wss?ptfs=UJ07859
