  • 1.  "Failed to load KRR Xtension. It is not installed."

    Hi, 

    running this syntax

    KRR SRF WITH eig_anz_spr eig_anz_kant
      /KERNEL LINEAR(ALPHA=1.0)
      /CRITERIA TIMER=5.

    yields these warnings:

    Failed to load KRR Xtension. It is not installed.
    Execution of this command stops.

    Finder and Extension Hub, however, agree that it is installed:



    I am using macOS 10.15.7 (19H2026) and SPSS Statistics 28.0.1.1 (14).

    How can i fix this, please?

    Just in case it matters:
    The same warnings are issued with macOS 11.6.4 (20G417).

    Hi.

    We are looking into this. I have evidence that this xtension worked back in September, both on Mac and in Windows. We're not sure what has happened after that, but we are looking into it.

    This should be fixed now.  Go to the Extensions->Extension Hub, select the "installed" tab, and search for KRR.  Click on the "Select" checkbox and the "Get update" radio button.  Click "OK", accept the license, and it should work now.

    We were using an abbreviation for scikit-learn dependency, which pip accepted until recently.  This fix uses the full name for the dependency.
