Failed to install QNPC software

    Hi Everyone,

    Hope you all are doing good. I have a question regarding the QNPC software installation on custom appliance (we are not using IBM supplied appliance). when we install the QNPC software there is an error message like this:

    we also already tried using QNPC software version 7.4.1 and 7.4.2, the results are same.
    the napatech card is already installed and detected as well

    Has anyone run into the same problem?
