    Hi,

    We are having issues with Configuring security by using the Case administration client wizard in our test environment. The following error occurs:

    FNRPA0001I Failed API_TransferConfig

    Add server log with some additional detail.

    Could you give us some ideas?

    Hi Jose,

    Could you please post full stacktrace of the error from the SystemOut.log or ce_system0.log or pe_system0.log. Also Detail Security Configuration Log in the Target OS for the particular solution folder.

    Make sure the user you are using to apply security manifest has administrator privileges and also part of tw_admin/tw_author group in Process Admin side.

    Hi Ramesh,

    I am send information with more details from the log de filenet. We review the add of users in the processAdmin, Case administration client and in the case roles managment.

    We have played by removing and adding users. We currently remove users from the three mentioned sources and try to add them only through the Case administration client. We cannot identify because the log says that the users are duplicates.:

    Hi Jose,

    You don't have to add the users in bpm teams directly, it will be done by security manifest script.

    Add the users to correct roles in the Case manager solution security manifest only.

    Make sure the user you logged in to bawadmin desktop to apply security manifest is part of objectstore administrator group, solution administrator and tw_author or tw_admin groups.

    The error you posted might not be the original issue, its because you have added the users in the bpm teams directly and the same is tried again by applying security manifest.
