    After searching the forum and consulting this site: https://www.ibm.com/software/passportadvantage/ibmlicensemetrictool.html,

    I need help to establish an exception to ILMT usage based on the Enterprise having fewer than 1,000 employees and contractors and not being a Service Provider. How can I define the Enterprise as qualified for an exception for ILMT usage?

    From my understanding this is something you have to decide on your own. As far as I know there is nothing IBM will provide you for the exception.

    But I suggest to read the site you mentioned carefully and compare to your contracts / LIs. e.g. do you have <1000PVU based on full capacity?
