Do you have an example of Apptio implementation related to the "Cost Transparency" module? if it is a manufacturing company, better, otherwise everything is welcome.

Hi Alessandro,

One example of the standard Apptio Cost Transparency module can be found in the Reference Applications.  At the top right in a project, there is a wheel dropdown which you can select the Reference Applications.  This will open a new tab that allows you to look at the Reference Project.   You can take a look at the TBM Studio to also view some of the data and configuration.  Hope this helps!

Beyond Apptio University, I can't think of a better recommendation. Great idea, @Eric Chan!​

On second thought, you may want to sketch on paper a cost model for your client company, Things to consider: main cost drivers, consumers, obvious data sources available, etc. That would give you an idea of what to look for in CT.

At first, the problem is not the how, but rather the what.
