​I have an event that has 20 reports and sends out an email the job completed. 
The Submission of steps is set to 'In sequence' and 'Continue on error'.

This seems to work fine.  However, if one or two reports fail, and are skipped and the job completes and send out an email.  I would like to add to this email a list of the reports that failed so we can rerun them manually.

How can I do this?  I'm looking thru the Audit tables, what level of logging do I need to have set and which table do I use?
