  • 1.  Estimation of inflection point?

    I have become part of a project where the researchers want to estimate the inflection point(s) for a variable. The basic structure of the variable is a cumulative distribution. Before starting to try inventing something on my own, I thought it would be better to see if there are SPSS routines already available. Suggestions anyone?

    For starters, the CREATE command can compute the cumulative sums of a  variable.  From there, it would be easy to calculate when that sum goes down.
