Dear Team,

we have configured PGP encryption & decryption scenario in IBM sterling filegateway following IBM documentation.

we have created AFTPGPProfile and we also enabled and configured the PGPCmdlineService

while transferring files via myfilegateway the file is getting failed and getting the below error. the screenshot is attached above.

we have also tried uploading form winscp the files were not uploaded to consumers mailbox.

could you please provide a solution.

Hi Laxman, 

There will be an executed BP mentioned in the Arrived and Route Tab, you can refer to those BPId's for more information on the error.

still the files are failing to upload. suggest me solution for the issue.

Hi Laxman,

Your screenshot doesn't show why it's failing. Take a look at the workflow (should be a link if you're an admin) which in your screenshot is 9618 where you should be able to find the failing step where there will be more info on why it's failing. Have you looked at the Route tab also where it should show the error? There will also be a log file for the CLA which might also show the error if it's failing in the PGP call.

Have you tried opening a ticket with IBM support?

Hi Laxman,

As RICHARD's comment, you should see some clues from Delivery tab for any BP failed to run, such as PGP cmdline service with the workflow number. 

Mostly caused by PGP failed to run as the CMDLine2 service not started. Hope this help.
