    BMXAA4211E - Database error number 2601 has occurred when operating on GROUPUSER : User=(USERNAME) Group=MAXEVERYONE. Report the error to the owner of the deployment.

    I am getting the above error when creating a new user. The user is already assigned to MAXEVERYONE and already in the people table. I believe the user was deleted sometime ago.
