Hi Friends,

A user in getting the above error in different sections of a dashboard when she runs a dashboard in Cognos Analytics.
The source for the dashboard is a data module. Rest of the users can access the dashboard without this problem.

I have checked her access permissions and the user has full permissions to the dashboard.
Please suggest what can be done.

Hi Kiran,
I seem to recall that I've seen that error when there is a timeout from the browser, it happens if the query doesn't return within 5 minutes. However it wouldn't be user specific. How long does it take before the error shows up after a refresh of the dashboard occurs ?
