Your support does not give me the option to create a data module. and when you read the one that is already created, it gives an error.

There are a lot of issues that could potentially be causing this. You'll probably need to dive into the log files on the Cognos server to get to the bottom of it, but what I most typically see with this error is that something referenced in the data module no longer exists, whether that's an excel file, database table, etc.

Hello, the problem is that "Error in open Data Module" appears.
The data module referred to is through a database connection.

On the other hand I do not have the option to create data module.
