    I am getting the below error while configuring runtime environment in ISAM.

    Are you using local LDAP (Virtual appliance embedded LDAP) ?
    Did you set the LDAP admin password before configuring runtime?

    Hi David,

    Yes, I am using local LDAP for runtime environment configuration and  I had set local LDAP password for this configuration.

    I would recommend that you reset the embedded LDAP Password and try again configuring the runtime. If that does not work for you, can you post the logs to better know what is failing.
