    Receiving this error message when creating basic frequency tables. How can this be resolved? Thanks.

    Input error reading a case usually means that the connection to the data has been lost.  This is usually due to a network failure or a device going offline.  Reopening the data file usually fixes the problem.  It's not specific to FREQUENCIES but would affect any procedure that access the data.
