    Hi Guys how are you,

    Hope someone can help me with a current problem I'm having.

    So to anyone familiar with listeners and INBOUNDCOMM object, you know you have a specific workflow to manage mails and apply actions to them before creating an SR or Incident.

    So I have no problem adding some extra text to the summary field and stuff like that by modifying the workflow but I can't for some reason change any value from the SR after creating it within the same flow.

    As you can see it using the existing relationship EMAILSR (reportedemail =:sendfrom) within INBOUNDCOMM, which works but is wrong because it will modify every SR sent from the same email.

    If I generate a new relationship like ticketid = :objectkey to ensure it will only modify the SR created in the flow it doesn't work, it's making me crazy. I testedl this in a different version but the result is always the same. 

    Some insight would be appreciated.
