    I have been trying to see what information I can get out of Electronic Service Agent (ESA) on our HMCs and AIX servers. So far I have activated ESA on only one server but have each HMC enabled for it.

    Looking at www.ibm.com/support/electronic Then My Systems.

    Can anyone tell me why:

    Some HMCs and servers have recent Inventory Received and others not?
    Why I don't see any Performance information, even from the server I've started ESA on?
    What are those Unique IDs assigned to each server?
    Is there some other configuration I need to do somewhere that I'm not seeing?

    I'm still reading up on this and it sounds like this should all work as is.
