since your systems are on Public Cloud, I expect UDP traffic is blocked and therefore it might take 24 hours before the besagent will contact the besserver and pickup new fixlets.
if that is not the case, you could create a manual computer setting
ILMT_SUA_public_cloud_name=azure
This is basically what the fixlet 'identify on public cloud'does
