There is a requirement about permissions of the case documents. The permission is required to dynamically updated on a basis of the changed Case stage. For instance, Stage 1 allows a particular user role to edit the case documents, while Stage 2 gives only view access. I was suggested to write a small Java app to call CMIS Java APIs or to call GraphQL services that update document permissions. Either way somehow makes a solution a little complicated. I browsed Case and Content Management toolkits in Workflow Center and found a number of built-in services available to use, specifically "ECM Update File Properties Service" under Content Management toolkit. Any idea if I can use this service to update a permission property of the document and how? Or, any services in the toolkit allow to change the document permissions if it is not the one?
Reference documents for Case and Content Management toolkits are also very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Tuan
