How do you solve dynamic job plan. For example if you have planned work hours for 1 km or 1 square meter. And then this should be dynamically calculated for each asset.

You should take a look at the Calculated Unit Estimate functionality in Maximo Utilities. CUE's are essentially a capability for dynamic estimating and then applying to a work order as a work plan. We have been saying IBM should make CUE part of Job Plans in base Maximo and call it Unit Estimating or something of the like. It is useful for all planners and estimators, not just those using the Utilities add on. 

Joe thank you for info. We have utilities addon, but we will use cue for planing new projects - larger projects, investments.

For simplier Wo with jobplan this adds a lot of complexity. Or do you know simple use of cue?

Sorry but I don't have any info about Linear in this context. But as I know how the logic of dynamic job plans works, I think that they can be apply also to linear assets.

It seems that it will be included in a near future feature pack.

I check that already few years ago. It was very good idea. I was missing only that all MX functionality was not supported. Like PM forecast and cost estimation, scheduler cost estimation and planning etc...

There is RFE for that also. But it is too long from this ISM library (2014) to release in main product.
