Duplicating an ad-hoc report: How to enable the Share/Public field?

  • 1.  Duplicating an ad-hoc report: How to enable the Share/Public field?

    MAM 7.6.1.2:

I have an ad-hoc report that has become un-editable due to the ROS being modified.

So I've duplicated the report via the Duplicate action in the Report Administration application.
But when I look at the ad-hoc report configuration by editing the report, I see that the report isn't flagged as Share/Public. And the Share/Public field is read-only -- since that field is only editable before initially saving the report.

Additionally, I can't seem to add the MAXEVERYONE security group to the security tab in the Report Administration application. MAXEVERYONE isn't in the list of available security groups.

    Question:
How can I enable the Share/Public field for a duplicated ad-hoc report?

    Thanks.

Ah, just saw this and responded with your other one about how to modify the UI. I'd check it out here: https://community.ibm.com/community/user/iot/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MessageKey=d840ddca-ee98-4647-910b-1c644a67e072&CommunityKey=3d7261ae-48f7-481d-b675-a40eb407e0fd&tab=digestviewer#bmd840ddca-ee98-4647-910b-1c644a67e072 but the TLDR is you have to script adding the MAXEVERYONE group.
