Drill thru from dashboard to report.

Issue : when setting up the drill thru definition in the dashboard to the selected report, I do not see the prompts/parameters all listed, only the ones that are part of visuals on the dashboard. For example, I want to pass a  'filter' (in the 'all' tabs) from the dashboard to the report, but the filter isn't part of the visuals, so it is not listed in the 'the drop-down lists to associate the columns from your visualization to the prompts in the target report.'. 

How is this achieved? Can I pass a filter from a  dashboard to a report if it is not in a visual on the dashboard? 

Any advice or thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Select any value for each of those All Tabs or This Tab filters for them to appear in the drill thru definition.
