Hi Mostafa,
officialy there is no support as Andrzej mentioned. However, You can run MS SQL 2022 with compatibility level set on the db itself to SQL 2019. This does work.
The one caveat being: if You run into issues of any kind and raise a ticket with IBM, they will most likely ask You to reproduce the issue on the SQL 2019 before actioning on the issue itself. Since 8.11 is already past the end of support i guess this is not a big issue though.

according to this official compatibility report 8.11 is compatible with 2019 and future fix packs, but NOT with Future Versions, Releases.
