The EAM 7.6.1.3 and MAS versions of the apps are identical on the same version of the platform so there is nothing special you need to do to transition from EAM to MAS. It is likely, however, that you would be going to a newer version of Maximo Mobile as part of the update (such as going from Maximo Mobile 8.10 to 8.11) so you would need to go through the traditional update process to reapply your changes.
