DMC v 3.1.12 fails to monitor my db tablesapces . 

Menu Storage,  then "TableSapce Utilization"  I get an error on screen: 
HWCMON0008E: Monitoring metrics cannot be retrieved successfully because of an internal error. You can try again later. If the problem persists, contact the administrator. For more details, see the exception reported in the monitoring log file.

and in the logs:

It happen every time I try. I can't open an IBM official case. It would be nice if DMC support team could assist on this.

The error message from the browser does not help much because it does not contain the information why DMC server is returning that error to the browser.

You can check the errors in the monitor log files, and search for the connection profile name to see if you have any clues or errors.

Sometimes missing privileges can cause this kind of error.

Unfortunately without the collector it is hard to say what is the problem.

And I don't recommend to upload the collector in public websites as it contains sensitive information.
