    When creating a dialog box using the 'Database Configuration'->'Messages' screen I would like to insert a hyperlink.
    However the HTML added appears as is. Not as a link.
    e.g. <a href="https://www.w3schools.com">Visit W3Schools</a> 
    appears exactly as above.
    At the moment the users have to copy/paste the link out manually.
    Is it possible to get these messages to display a clickable hyperlink?
