Hi all.....I am creating a report based off a TM1 cube.  In my query I have created a data item with the following syntax:  set(XXXX.XXXX.XXXX -> ?Budget Month?.   I use this field as a prompt for the user to select the Budget Month in which to report.  I have a similar data item for Actual Months.  This then provides the Column Headings of Actuals and Budgets based on the items selected in the prompt.  

My question is:  The ?Budget Month? prompt, how can I have this use a Global Parameter that I set.

I have 8 reports that all use the same prompts and those prompts apply across all reports.  So I have to set this 8 times.  Would rather just set it in a global parameter or somehow be able to set it once and have it apply to all reports across the board.  So basically set the ?Budget Months? and ?Actual Months? once, the propagate to the downstream reports.

You could use prompt macro for this, i could be with a token as datatype, like this

#prompt ( 'Global Budget Month' , 'token' , 'AUG' )#
