    Didn't receive credentials for process mining in my email only a welcome email , does anyone know what is the problem
    or how long it takes to receive the email

    Hi Jad,

    Can you please provide the email you used to sign up for the trial with? We can then search for you in our system to see what happened. Additionally, did you try signing up for the standard IBM Process Mining Trial? Or the Academic version of the IBM Process Mining Trial? Thanks!
