  • 1.  Dev/UAT Admin Console Status Tab Missing

    Can anyone speak to a reason why in my Production environment (multiple dispatchers, multiple gateways), I have a status tab in the legacy administration console, but in my DEV/UAT environment, I do not:

     

    Production has a "status tab"

    Development/Test/UAT does not:

    Looking to understand why -- having a status tab in development would be helpful

    I think the first step would be to confirm what groups and roles you belong to for the two environments and confirm their capabilities.

    I did a side by side comparison of the group/roles for my admin user, and the test admin user actually has a greater number of roles than the production one (test has system administrator and production does not).  A side by side comparison of capabilities results in an identical list. 

    Anything else I can check?

    Check Role priority as well and set for higher priority for admin role compared to other roles.

    ​Could you clarify?  The roles that this user has in our UAT system are:

    Analytics Administrators
    Directory Administrators
    Library Administrators
    Mobile Administrators
    Server Administrators
    System Administrators
    Tenant Administrators

    In that order.  This matches production (except the user in production does not have system administrator role).
