    Hi

    I suggest you to try some training on the eLearning Academy (Link on Group Page)
    You could also do the training from 12+ of the Lab Training I deliver in 2 days https://ibm.box.com/v/ResilientStudentMaterialsV9 where you have 2 labs to build you own integration, on Integration Server and on App Host.

    What I can see here is that you are trying to use Resilient in-product scripting command incident.addNote in an external Python. This does not work.
    On an external Python accessing Resilient is done with the RestAPI interface (Help > API Tools)
