  • 1.  Deletion Queue

    Hey,

    I'm quite new to the application.  I have added about 50 items to the Deletion queue within SevOne, how long does it take to process them through?  Can I force it?  I don't want to ignore them in the Alerts dashboard, also I just want them gone.

    Hi Aubrey

    Unfortunately I don't know the exact frequency, but I know it takes a few hours to be deleted. However I can answer your second question, you can force delete devices once they are in the deletion queue.

    Hello Raul, 

    Is this queue only available if the devices are mark for deletion and sent to deletion queue ? currently i dont have any devices for deletion for its grayed out for me. Is this the right behaviour ?
