Good afternoon.
We are running into a weird situation for emails in cognos. The setup is on AWS and we are planning to use SES (simple email service) for all emails. I have registered my own domain and created a email account also. I have whitelisted that email address in my domain so I can send emails. Works fine for me now . However, I have 1000+ users and its not feasible to create and whitelist accounts. I don't want to use my organization smtp server for some specific reasons.
So I still want emails from cognos for all users but it doesn't matter who logs in and sends the note, I want emails from standard account like cognos team account emails .
Can I set this parameter somewhere so even though users don't have email account we can still email from cognos with default .
Any thoughts? Thank you.
