    Is it  possible to deploy an IBM Db2 pureScale Cluster deployment from the production site and a Db2 Standard Installation at the dr site then  connect the two using HADR for High Availability and Disaster Recovery.

    You establish a HADR between two Db2 pureScale clusters; so obviously the answer is no.
