Hi I am a newbie working with SQL db2 and I was trying to open the console to start working on it. However, I get the following error message when opening the console. I did create a service credential.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix the problem?

I have same problem, but not solved.

Change the region to Dallas(US- South) when you create your service.
