    Hello Everyone,

    We are planning for a DB2 Upgrade V11.5 from V10.5 FP 8 with a new OS Version SUSE Linux 15 SP 5 On a New VM.

    This requirement is part of DB Upgrade Project from an Old VM to New VM

    Question: - Is DB restore possible on DB2 V11.5 On A New VM with a different OS Version, Using the DB Backup taken from DB2 V10.5 FP 8?

    Db2 RESTORE DB command can restore database from backup taken on V10.5 version.
