  • 1.  date shows wrong format in report studio

    I'm using Cognos studio report to customize the email subject which has this year value
    The set up looks right in FM, but when email comes out it shows '103,020' instead of '200'

    I also tried to add CAST as varchar(4) in FM, but still same. Any one can help please?

    Your calculation probably has a usage set to measure.   Because of that, the 2020 is being treated as a number rather than what you want, which is the year portion of the current date.  103,020 is 2020 * 51.

    If you set it to attribute you will probably see something more in line with your expectations.

    You would do this in Framework Manager.  Usage is a property of the query item.
