I have started using data tables in some of my new reports because I really like the expand/collapse functionality, but they seem to be pretty limited in their functionality from what I have found. I'm looking for ways to do two things.
1) Drill to another report from a data item within the data table.
2) Use different aggregations (like Summary does in a table) for different data item measures. An example would be if I have average selling price and total sales as measures in the data table.

Anyone have any ideas how to accomplish either?

Hi Jonathon, We were also facing such limitations of data tables. So we went back to lists with binary filters to empty and hide single columns. To do so we used the case function in data items and conditional styles to set the "type of box" to none for the according columns.
